Chairman
of Fraserburgh Arts Group, Stephen Brown said,
"This is a positive story for the town showing
that Fraserburgh not only has a wonderful depth
of local talent in all forms of the arts but also
is capable of attracting top name professional
performers and artists. Faithlie Fest provides
something for everyone - all ages and all tastes."
The
town bursts with activity with events in a wide
variety of venues from the Museum
of Scottish Lighthouses to the Dalrymple Hall and Arts Centre. Local
pubs and clubs also showcase local and visiting
musicians.
Fraserburgh
Leisure Centre play host to two tribute bands in July with One Night of Queen featuring former 'Star
in Your Eyes' winner Gary Mullen and his band
The Works and NU2 - the UK's top U2 tribute band.
